Organic Quince Jam

Prepared with organically grown quinces from our own production harvested when fully ripe, our quince compote is a plunge into the past.

This now rare typical fruit that we grow in our orchards is transformed into a splendid compote with the addition of 100 grams of cane sugar at the end of cooking.

A simple and genuine product, excellent on rusks, bread or biscuits, and for filling your tarts.

The characteristic acidity of quinces makes it excellent in combination with cheeses.

Ingredients (*from organic farming):

Quinces*, cane sugar*.

Storage:

Store in a cool, dry place, away from light. Once opened, store in the refrigerator and consume within a few days (~10 days).
