Organic Cugnà

Prepared with grape must from organic farming from cellars in the Langhe region, toasted hazelnuts, figs, quinces and Madernassa pears from our production, our cugnà is an ideal pairing for cheeses.

Typical Piedmontese dessert, historically made in the Langhe cellars. The traditional recipe requires prolonged cooking, while our version reduces the cooking time for a more delicate flavor.

All the natural taste of fruit, without added sugars: 100% fruit.

A simple and genuine product, excellent on rusks, bread or biscuits, but above all together with cheeses and boiled meats.

Grape must*, Madernassa pears*, quinces*, apples*, toasted hazelnuts*, figs*.

Storage:

Store in a cool, dry place, away from light. Once opened, store in the refrigerator and consume within a few days (~10 days).
