Organic Green Tomato Jam

Prepared with tomatoes from organic farming grown in our gardens, harvested at the end of the season when they no longer ripen. As per tradition, they are cooked into a delicious compote also suitable for filling tarts, as well as paired with cheese and boiled meat dishes.

A simple and genuine product, 100% vegan and gluten-free.

Ingredients (*from organic farming):

Tomatoes*, lemon*, cane sugar*.

Storage:

Store in a cool, dry place, away from light. Once opened, store in the refrigerator and consume within a few days.
