The Jerusalem artichoke is the tuber of a plant with wonderful yellow flowers related to the sunflower.

Prepared with tubers from organic farming grown in our gardens, the Jerusalem artichoke spread is the most particular of our vegetable spreads.

A simple and genuine product, 100% vegan and gluten-free.

Ideal on bread or bruschetta, or paired with meat and fish.

Ingredients (*from organic farming):

Jerusalem artichoke*, Ligurian extra virgin olive oil*, capers*, garlic*, lactic acid, salt.

Storage:

Store in a cool, dry place, away from light. Once opened, store in the refrigerator and consume within a few days.
