Prepared with courgettes from organic farming grown in our gardens, tarragon, an aromatic herb with an interesting flavour, and sweetened with a touch of chestnut honey, the courgette and tarragon spread is excellent for spreading on bread and bruschetta.

Ideal on bread or paired with meat and fish.

Ingredients (*from organic farming):

Courgettes* 65%, onions* 20%, apple cider vinegar*, salt, honey*, Ligurian extra virgin olive oil*, tarragon* 0.6%, pepper*.

Storage:

Store in a cool, dry place, away from light. Once opened, store in the refrigerator and consume within a few days.
