Bagnet Verd - Organic Piedmontese Green Sauce

The traditional Piedmontese green sauce, prepared with parsley and garlic from organic farming grown in our gardens.

A simple and genuine product, 100% vegan and gluten-free.

The traditional pairing is with boiled meat, veal tongue or anchovy fillets, but it is perfect together with fresh tomino cheese, on tomatoes or to fill a hard-boiled egg.

Ingredients (*from organic farming):

Parsley*, Ligurian extra virgin olive oil*, apple cider vinegar*, garlic*, salt, chilli pepper*.

Storage:

Store in a cool, dry place, away from light. Once opened, store in the refrigerator and consume within a few days.
